Museum gift shop success

The Museum’s gift shop opened 2 years ago. So far it has been moderately successful with some items being especially treasured by their owners. These cubes are replicas of those found on one of the early explorations of other planets. People on a small planet orbiting the minor star Sol were especially interested in the idea that these were originally made on a planet that was losing its blue identity as, warming up, the dry heat evaporated water away.

Fixons

We’ve been rummaging in the basement and came across a box of fossilised fixons. These are fossilised remains of creatures that somehow overcame the biosecurity of a Balinger Freight Corporation ship’s hold. During interstellar travel they were subject to an enormous variety of pressures and eventually turned into what feels like small stones. They were found during routine maintenance in 3248 when measures were immediately taken to prevent a similar occurrence.

Array

Newly restored for viewing, Array is an object that has been put together by museum specialists re-examining and re-presenting the collection of Nujema artefacts. The team working on this project are MOSE experts in artefacts from the late 2000s and early 3000s.
